Welcome to The Laurels Rushden. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and all bookings made directly with us. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation from The Laurels Rushden.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Any remaining balance must be paid before arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Security Deposit
We reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit before your stay. The deposit may be used to cover the cost of damage, excessive cleaning, missing items or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
If applicable, any remaining balance of the security deposit will be returned following inspection of the property after check-out.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking confirmation.
Access to the property is provided via contactless self check-in unless otherwise arranged.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior agreement and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Occupancy
Only the number of guests included in the booking confirmation may stay at the property.
Additional guests are not permitted without our prior written approval.
The maximum occupancy of each property must not be exceeded.
Property Use
The Laurels Rushden is intended for holiday accommodation, contractor stays and other approved group bookings.
Guests agree to:
- Respect neighbouring properties.
- Keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and overnight.
- Leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- Report any accidental damage as soon as possible.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Parties and Events
Unauthorised parties, events or gatherings that may cause excessive noise or disturbance are not permitted.
Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of the properties.
Guests who smoke outdoors must dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if smoking has occurred inside the property.
Pets
Pets are only permitted where agreed in advance.
Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet.
Children
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly in outdoor areas.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of children during the stay.
Parking
Secure gated parking is provided for guests.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk, and The Laurels Rushden accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Horses and Surrounding Land
Guests may see horses in nearby paddocks during their stay.
These horses are privately owned and cared for separately.
Guests must not enter the paddocks, feed, approach or handle the horses under any circumstances.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Any damage or breakages should be reported promptly so that repairs can be arranged.
We reserve the right to recover the reasonable cost of repairs or replacements where necessary.
Cleaning
The property is professionally cleaned before each stay.
Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure.
Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages or other unforeseen events.
