The Laurels Rushden offers two main accommodation options: The Main Residence and Paddock View. The properties can be booked separately or, subject to availability, combined for larger group stays.
How many guests can The Laurels accommodate?
The Main Residence accommodates 15 guests in fixed beds, with two additional single sofa beds increasing its maximum capacity to 17 guests.
Paddock View accommodates 8 guests in fixed beds, with two additional single sofa beds increasing its maximum capacity to 10 guests.
When both properties are booked together, the combined accommodation can accommodate up to 25 guests without using sofa beds, or up to 27 guests when all four sofa beds are used.
How many bedrooms does the Main Residence have?
The Main Residence has seven bedrooms — six standard bedrooms and one small bedroom.
How many bathrooms does the Main Residence have?
The Main Residence has three bathrooms, plus one separate ground-floor WC.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms does Paddock View have?
Paddock View has two bedrooms and one shower room with a WC and basin.
Is Paddock View separate from the Main Residence?
Yes. Paddock View adjoins the Main Residence but is fully self-contained. It has its own entrance, kitchen, living space, outdoor area and shower room.
Sleeping Arrangements
What is the standard bed configuration in the Main Residence?
The Main Residence has:
- 3 single beds
- 4 double beds
- 2 king-size beds
These fixed beds accommodate 15 guests. Two additional single sofa beds provide sleeping space for two more guests.
Can the beds be reconfigured?
Yes. The zip-link beds in the Main Residence and Paddock View can be joined or separated on request.
If you require a particular number of separate beds, please let us know before booking or arrival. Bed changes are subject to advance notice and confirmation.

Paddock View accommodates 8 guests in fixed beds. Two additional single sofa beds increase the maximum capacity to 10 guests.

Is The Laurels suitable for contractor teams?
Yes. The properties are suitable for contractor and project teams, offering flexible sleeping arrangements, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, secure gated parking and laundry facilities.
Are longer stays available?
Yes. Longer-stay and contractor rates are available. Please contact us with your dates and requirements for a quotation.
Can larger groups book both properties?
Yes. The Main Residence and Paddock View can be combined for larger group stays, subject to availability.
For a group booking, please provide your dates, total number of guests, number of separate beds required and vehicle requirements so we can recommend the most suitable arrangement.
House Rules
Are parties and events allowed?
Unauthorised parties, events and gatherings that may disturb neighbours are not permitted.
All guests must be declared and the maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs may be accepted with prior approval.
Applicable fees, deposits and property rules will be confirmed before booking.
Can guests enter the adjoining paddock?
No. An electric fence is in operation around the paddock. For everyone’s safety, guests must not touch or reach across the fencing and must not feed, approach or enter the horses’ area.
