What accommodation options do you offer?
The Laurels Rushden offers two self-catering properties:
- The Manor House – Sleeps up to 15 guests across six bedrooms.
- The Annex – Sleeps up to 10 guests across two bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements.
Both properties are booked exclusively, so your group will have private use of the entire accommodation.
How many guests can stay?
The Manor House accommodates up to 15 guests, while The Annex comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Please ensure the number of guests included in your booking is accurate.
Is the accommodation suitable for large groups?
Yes. Our properties are ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, group holidays, contractor teams, corporate stays and friends travelling together.
Is there private parking?
Yes. Both properties offer secure gated parking with space for multiple vehicles. Additional on-street parking may also be available if required.
Do you offer contractor accommodation?
Absolutely. The Laurels Rushden is a popular choice for contractors, engineers, utility teams and business travellers thanks to its flexible sleeping arrangements, secure parking, fully equipped kitchens and convenient location close to the A6.
Are weekly or monthly discounts available?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for longer stays. Please contact us directly for the latest weekly and monthly pricing.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is via a secure contactless self check-in system using a key safe. Full arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.
What time is check-out?
Check-out details will be provided before arrival. If available, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged.

Are bed configurations flexible?
Yes. The Annex features high-quality zip-link beds that can be configured as either single beds or double beds. Please let us know your preferred arrangement before arrival.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every booking.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout both properties.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes. Each property includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, crockery, cutlery and essential appliances.
Are laundry facilities available?
Yes. Washing facilities are available, making both properties ideal for longer stays.
Is the accommodation suitable for children?
Yes. Families are welcome at The Laurels Rushden, and the spacious accommodation is ideal for multi-generational family stays.
Can we use the gardens?
Yes. Both properties include private outdoor areas where guests can relax, dine outdoors or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Are pets allowed?

Can we see the horses?
Horses may be visible in the nearby paddocks, but they are privately cared for and guests must not feed, approach or enter the paddocks.
Is smoking permitted?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the properties. If smoking is allowed outdoors, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Are parties or events allowed?
Our properties are ideal for family gatherings and group stays. However, parties, excessive noise and events that may disturb neighbours are not permitted without prior agreement.
Is the property suitable for business travellers?
Yes. Many of our guests stay while working in Rushden, Bedford, Wellingborough, Kettering and the surrounding areas. Secure parking, fast Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens make our properties ideal for business and contractor accommodation.
