Paddock View at The Laurels

Your Own Private Space for Up to 10 Guests

Stay close to your group without having to share the same house.

Paddock View is a comfortable, fully self-contained two-bedroom accommodation adjoining the Main Residence at The Laurels Rushden. With its own entrance, kitchen, living space, outdoor area and shower room, it gives you the freedom and privacy of your own space while keeping you just steps away from the rest of your group.

It comfortably accommodates 8 guests in fixed beds, with two additional single sofa beds increasing the maximum capacity to 10.

Flexible Beds Designed Around Your Group

One of the biggest advantages of Paddock View is its flexible sleeping arrangement.

The property provides eight individual zip-link beds, allowing the configuration to be changed to suit your group.

The current arrangement includes:

• Main bedroom: Six individual zip-link beds
• Second bedroom: Two individual zip-link beds
• Downstairs: Two single sofa beds for additional guests

The zip-link beds can be joined or separated on request, making Paddock View particularly useful for groups who need several separate single beds or a combination of larger beds.

If you have specific sleeping requirements, simply let us know before arrival. Bed changes are subject to advance notice and confirmation.

It works especially well for:

Families
