Your Own Spacious Home for Groups of Up to 17
Bring everyone together without compromising on comfort, space or privacy.
The Main Residence is the largest accommodation at The Laurels Rushden, offering a welcoming seven-bedroom home designed for families, groups of friends and working teams who want to stay together in one comfortable property.
With 15 guests accommodated in fixed beds and space for up to 17 using two additional single sofa beds, there is room for larger groups to settle in, relax and make themselves at home.
Seven Bedrooms. Flexible Sleeping. Space to Unwind.
The Main Residence features seven bedrooms — six standard bedrooms and one smaller bedroom — with a flexible sleeping arrangement that can be adapted to suit your group.
The standard configuration includes:
- 3 single beds
- 4 double beds
- 2 king-size beds
That’s 15 guests in fixed beds, with two additional single sofa beds providing sleeping space for two more guests.
Several beds are zip-link and can be joined or separated on request, making it easier to create the sleeping arrangement that works best for your group.
Need more separate beds? Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange the configuration you need, subject to availability and confirmation.
Plenty of Space for Everyone
A great group stay isn’t just about having enough beds.
The Main Residence gives your group generous communal areas where you can eat together, relax after a busy day and enjoy time together, while still providing comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathroom facilities for a smoother stay.
The property has three bathrooms plus a separate ground-floor WC, helping larger groups get ready in the morning without the usual queues.
